The web pages on our Site and all pages linked to it are the property of sanalnumara.org and are operated by it. You, as (“User”), by using all services offered on the site, at the moment you become a member of our site, receive services from our site, or load balance to our site; are deemed to have accepted that you have the legal right, authority and legal capacity to enter into a contract according to the laws you are subject to, that you are over 18 years of age, that you have read, understood this agreement and that you are bound by the terms written in this agreement.

sanalnumara.org Terms of Use are located in the balance loading form. In the event that you load balance, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use.

sanalnumara.org reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. The amended provisions of these Terms of Use shall become effective on the date they are published on this page. In order to be informed about these changes, please make sure to read the Terms of Use page before each order and balance loading transaction.

User and Membership Conditions

1. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and the products and services offered at all times.

2. At the moment you access our site, you undertake that you will not engage in reverse engineering, will not carry out any other process aimed at finding or obtaining the source code. In the event that you make any such attempt, you accept in advance that you will be responsible for any damages that may arise and that legal and criminal action will be taken against you.

3. At the moment you access our site, you agree that in your activities within the site, in any part of the site, in communications (WhatsApp, Mail etc.), you will not produce, share or use our services for content that is contrary to general morality and decency, unlawful, harmful to the rights of third parties, misleading, aggressive, obscene, pornographic, violating personal rights, infringing copyrights, or encouraging illegal activities. Otherwise, you are fully responsible for any damages and legal processes that may arise, and in the event that such behaviour is detected, sanalnumara.org authorities reserve the right to suspend, terminate such members' accounts and initiate legal proceedings. For this reason, if requests for information regarding activities or user accounts are received from victims or judicial authorities, the right to share such information is reserved.

4. The relationships of site members with each other or with third parties are their own responsibility.

5. At the moment you become a member of our site; limited to being used only within the scope of promotional, advertising, campaign, promotion, announcement and similar marketing activities, you accept and declare that you consent to the sharing of your personal information such as your name-surname, address, telephone number, mobile phone, e-mail address, along with the company’s own communication, portfolio status and demographic information, with its affiliates or group companies. These personal data may be used within the company to determine customer profiles, to offer promotions and campaigns suitable for the customer profile and to carry out statistical studies.

6. The information specified in the previous article (5); may only be disclosed to official authorities in cases where such information is duly requested by official authorities and where it is mandatory to make a disclosure to official authorities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation.

7. Anyone who creates a membership and makes a payment on sanalnumara.org must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, the usage agreement shall be deemed to be violated and the account may be closed without informing the User.

8. The User is responsible for the security of passwords and accounts on sanalnumara.org and third-party sites. sanalnumara.org cannot be held responsible for any data losses, security breaches or damage to hardware and devices that may occur otherwise.

9. sanalnumara.org may change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement partially or completely at any time. Changes shall be valid from the date they are published on the site. It is the responsibility of the User to follow the changes. By continuing to benefit from the services offered, the User is deemed to have accepted these changes.

Payment and Order Conditions

10. No refunds are made after payment is made via the web payment system. Since sanalnumara.org operates on a balance system, no fee is charged for unsuccessful transactions and your money is refunded to your sanalnumara.org account as sanalnumara.org balance. You can use your balance for a different country of the same service or for a different service. Refunds are made only as sanalnumara.org balance.

11. The security of the web payment system and our payment page is ensured by “Weepay” with a 256-bit SSL certificate.

12. sanalnumara.org never sends e-mails asking you to verify your credit card information or membership password.

13. The minimum payment amount is determined as “10₺” and there is no upper limit. While 10₺ is the base price, you can load balance in any amount you wish. When payments are made through the Bank, sanalnumara.org does not accept any responsibility for the payments made, and the responsibility belongs to the membership whose balance has been added.

14. sanalnumara.org shall not be responsible in case the payment transaction cannot be completed due to any technical reason that may arise from the card or bank account, such as insufficient balance on your card, or that may occur during the transaction.

15. If you close the redirection page during the payment process, disconnect your device from the internet, or if the connection is lost unintentionally, the balance you have loaded may not be added to your account. In such cases, you may contact live support.

16. The balance loading process must be made in a single transaction from a single credit or debit card; partial payment is not possible.

17. The amount you load is automatically added to your account as balance 24/7.

18. If you have sufficient sanalnumara.org balance, you can purchase one-time SMS/mobile verification services for any country from any service you wish.

19. Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check that the service and country you have selected are the same as the service and country you want. After placing an order, enter the number given to you into the number field on the platform you selected and check the accuracy of your order without sending an SMS code to the number. If you have placed an incorrect order, you can cancel it via the “cancel” button located on the far right of the relevant number row on the “my orders” page. If you cancel the order by clicking the cancel button, your balance is automatically refunded to your sanalnumara.org account without any deduction.

20. If after placing an order you enter the number given to you into the relevant platform and send an SMS code to the number, and if a code is received as a result, this transaction is considered “successful” and under no circumstances are refunds made for successful transactions.

21. The “code” column in the orders section is updated every 60 seconds. Therefore, in transactions you give up on, you must wait for a while for the possibility that the code may arrive until the relevant column on the “my orders” page is updated again, without closing the window where you need to enter the code on the site or application where you made the verification.

22. After placing an order, when the code arrives, it is the responsibility of the member to enter the code into the relevant platform before it expires. No refunds are made for transactions that fail because you did not enter the code on time.

23. After placing an order, do not leave your sanalnumara.org panel until the code arrives or your transaction is cancelled. If you leave the panel before the transaction is fully cancelled because the code is not arriving and the code arrives afterwards, no refund is made for this transaction.

24. sanalnumara.org works with different suppliers in order to offer you more countries and more services at more affordable prices. You can place any order from any service you wish. Since Russia services are cheap, it may take a long time for a number to arrive after clicking the SMS code or purchase button, or it may not arrive at all. If the SMS or number does not arrive, the service fee is refunded to your sanalnumara.org account as sanalnumara.org balance.

25. Our numbers are virtual and, depending on the service, non-virtual numbers created to be used for the first time and only once on the platform you choose. At the moment you place an order, the number is activated only for you to receive SMS once, after the transaction is completed it is cancelled and deleted. You cannot receive SMS to the same number a second time. Therefore, it is not recommended to create zero accounts with these numbers; when you log in again with accounts created with these numbers, you may be subject to SMS verification. In this case, since you cannot receive SMS a second time with the same number, your account may be locked. Therefore, it is recommended not to base the only access point to the account on the number you will receive. In this case, sanalnumara.org does not accept any responsibility; it is your responsibility to take every step and perform every action knowing that the numbers are single-use. As sanalnumara.org, we provide one-time SMS service.

26. sanalnumara.org only ensures that the SMS reaches you; the fee is charged at the moment the SMS is delivered. After receiving the SMS, all negative situations that may occur (the platform not accepting it because you made spam, entering the code incorrectly and losing your attempt right, exceeding the time to enter the code, etc.) are entirely your responsibility. In such cases, you cannot get a refund and you cannot receive SMS a second time to the same number. In this case, you must place a new order to receive a new verification.

27. sanalnumara.org only receives the first SMS sent to the number. If no code arrives to the number you purchased during its active period, please order a new number and receive a new SMS instead of requesting a code again for the same number.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

28. The cancellation (give up) process can be done manually from the orders page within the first 10 minutes if the SMS does not arrive. At the end of 10 minutes, you cannot perform the cancellation for 5 minutes; if the SMS still has not arrived at the end of 7 minutes, the system cancels the transaction and refunds your balance.

29. After the SMS is sent by entering the number on the platform where you will use it, once the status column on the orders page becomes “successful” (i.e. the verification code has arrived), the transaction cannot be cancelled and the balance cannot be refunded for any reason.

30. The only guarantee we provide for “unsuccessful” transactions is that if the SMS code does not arrive, the service fee deducted from your sanalnumara.org account for the relevant order will be refunded to your sanalnumara.org account as sanalnumara.org balance.

31. At any time, numbers belonging to any supplier may become unavailable. sanalnumara.org is not the main distributor and we have no chance to intervene in problems originating from the main distributor. In this case, refunds cannot be requested. You can try numbers of different countries of the same supplier or directly numbers of a different supplier with your existing balance.

32. The membership of the user will be made passive if the user puts the site or its staff in a difficult situation or sends a support request containing insults or offensive statements.

33. In refund requests, it is mandatory to fill in and send the withdrawal form completely, and in refunds, if there have been bonus loads in the past, they are deducted and the refund is made accordingly.

Supplier and Stock Conditions

33. For OM4 services, our services are provided with virtual numbers; therefore, the code either arrives within 30 seconds or does not arrive at all.

34. Slot changes and maintenance are carried out every few days during night hours when the density is low according to Türkiye time. If you receive a “try again” error repeatedly in every service, please try again after a few hours or try active options other than the options where you received this error. For example, if you experienced this problem in the “Argentina” option in the Instagram category, try different country options such as “Latvia, Lithuania” if available in the Instagram category.

35. sanalnumara.org does not accept any responsibility if the selected service becomes unusable due to an update or any change made in the systems of the service/application/site (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc.) for which the verification process is to be carried out. In this case, it is necessary to wait for the supplier sites to take action regarding the relevant update or change and make the service active again.

Important

After SMS verification is received for any of the platforms available on our system and included in our service list, all legal/illegal actions related to the use of the membership you have created on the relevant platform are your responsibility as the user and account holder. sanalnumara.org does not accept any responsibility for actions carried out via the numbers.

sanalnumara.org, for creating memberships on all platforms we serve, it is sufficient for the person creating/wishing to create a membership to have any email (Yandex, Google etc.) that can be obtained free of charge from the internet and a phone number belonging to countries that the relevant platform allows for sending verification codes. A person who wants to create membership on these platforms can easily have as many memberships as the number of emails and phone numbers they have by obtaining an email from any mail platform in the world and obtaining a physical SIM card from any GSM operator. The relevant platforms have no limitation regarding this. Platform owner organisations allow individuals to create memberships on their platforms regardless of who they are, as long as they have any email and any number that can receive SMS. Therefore, just as any GSM operator or mail providers such as Gmail, Yandex will not be responsible for the actions of the person who obtains a line/number/email, sanalnumara.org will also not be responsible for the legal/illegal actions of the user receiving the service, as it provides the opportunity to receive SMS with virtual numbers in accordance with the criteria already permitted by the platforms.

sanalnumara.org is not the main distributor of any of the numbers provided; it sells numbers obtained from suppliers abroad by adding a margin.
